Shipping Cost

  • New Orders - Free ground shipping on all purchases totaling $50.00 or more. On any purchase totaling less that $50.00, normal shipping charges will apply.
  • Exchanges - You will be responsible for shipping cost of the new exchanged items.
  • Returns - All orders will include a return shipping label. If you have misplaced your return shipping label, please notify us for a replacement.

Returns at Golf Tailor
Golf Tailor is committed to having satisfied customers. If you are not 100% satisfied and happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a 100% refund (return shipping not included). Return items must be accompanied by the original packaging and receipt, and all items MUST BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the items returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Golf Tailor reserves the right to assess a restocking charge on all closeout items and items listed with an asterisk (i.e. Items not normally stocked).

After 30 days, any qualifying return will be issued store credit which is valid up to 12 months from date issued. In order to be a qualifying return, the item or items must be accompanied by the original packaging and receipt, and all items MUST BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.

We recommend that you insure the item when shipping, as all items must be new and unused condition.

Exchanges Made Easy
Exchange postage is always free. Fill out the exchange form included with your original shipment with the items, size and color you want to exchange it for, and drop off your package at any DHL drop box, Please ship items properly and securely. To locate the drop box closest to you, visit the DHL website at www.dhl-usa.com or call 1-800-DHL-ASAP. If you have misplaced your exchange form, a replacement is available on the customer service page. If you have misplaced your return label and need a replacement, please contact us via one of the ways listed above.
